5. Blockchain Data
Please note that blockchain transactions are inherently public. Once a payment is settled on-chain, transaction details (wallet addresses, amounts, timestamps) are publicly visible on the respective blockchain. PayDirect does not control or have the ability to delete on-chain data.

We do not sell your personal information. We may share data with:
- Blockchain networks (for settlement processing)
- Infrastructure providers (for service hosting and operation)
- Legal authorities (when required by law or to prevent fraud)
7. Data Retention
We retain account and payment data for as long as your account is active and for a reasonable period thereafter for legal and audit purposes. API usage logs are retained for 90 days. You may request data deletion by contacting us, subject to legal retention requirements.
